Community owners and admins may create:
- Community profiles
- Campaigns
- Activities

If you create or manage a community, you represent that:

- You will not issue misleading, fraudulent, or harmful achievements
BattlePass may remove, restrict, suspend, or investigate communities that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
Internal Team Roles
Community owners may invite users to internal roles such as admin, reviewer, event staff, or sponsor viewer.
Each internal team member must use their own account. Shared community logins are not recommended and may be restricted.
Actions taken by internal team members may be logged for security, accountability, and audit purposes.
Community owners are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and removing access when team members no longer need it.
Community Membership and Campaign Enrollment
BattlePass distinguishes between community membership and campaign enrollment.
Community membership means a user has joined or followed a community as a general member.
Campaign enrollment means a user has explicitly joined a specific BattlePass campaign and can participate in activities inside that campaign.
Joining a community does not automatically enroll a user in every campaign owned by that community unless the product or community settings clearly allow that behavior.
Users may need to join each campaign individually before submitting activities, earning campaign XP, unlocking campaign badges, or appearing on campaign leaderboards.
Campaigns, Activities, and Participation
Communities may create campaigns that include activities, XP, badges, rewards, and verification methods.
Activities may include:
- Events
- Workshops
- Bounties
- Missions
- Hackathon stages
- Volunteer tasks
- Mentorship tasks
- Claim codes
- QR check-ins
- Submission-based tasks
- Transaction verification tasks
Users agree to participate honestly and follow the instructions for each activity.
Users may not submit false, misleading, stolen, copied, or fraudulent proof.
BattlePass and community admins may reject, revoke, or investigate participation that appears abusive, fraudulent, or invalid.
Submissions and Reviews
Some activities require users to submit proof for review.
By submitting proof, you represent that:
- You have the right to submit the content
- The submission is accurate
- The submission does not infringe another person's rights
- The submission does not violate law or these Terms
- The submission satisfies the activity requirements to the best of your knowledge
Reviewers and admins may approve, reject, request changes, or flag submissions.
Approval is not guaranteed.
A community may define its own review criteria, deadlines, and resubmission rules.
BattlePass is not responsible for disagreements between users and communities about review outcomes, although we may provide moderation or support where appropriate.
Badges, Achievements, XP, and Levels
BattlePass allows users to earn XP, levels, badges, and achievements through verified participation.
Badges and achievements are intended to represent participation, completion, contribution, or recognition.
A badge should generally represent one specific activity, achievement, or milestone.
BattlePass does not guarantee that badges, XP, or achievements will have monetary value, employment value, educational value, or official accreditation value unless explicitly stated by the issuing community or a relevant authority.
Badges may be:
- Off-chain records
- On-chain records
- NFT-based credentials
- Compressed NFT credentials
- Dynamic pass updates
- Platform-only achievements
BattlePass may display badge status, such as valid, revoked, expired, pending on-chain sync, or sync failed.
Communities may revoke badges if they were issued by mistake, earned fraudulently, or no longer meet the applicable requirements.
Rewards
Campaigns may include rewards such as merchandise, event access, private sessions, digital perks, token rewards, sponsor perks, recognition, or other benefits.
Rewards are subject to the rules set by the issuing community.
BattlePass does not guarantee that a reward will be available unless expressly stated and controlled by BattlePass.
Communities are responsible for fulfilling rewards they create, unless BattlePass expressly agrees to handle fulfillment.
Rewards may be limited, delayed, substituted, changed, or cancelled depending on availability, eligibility, fraud checks, or campaign rules.
Public Profiles and Public Reputation
